Booking Terms for Events

These are the terms upon which Loud Voice provides paid-for services such as courses, workshops and other training events.

The terms "we","us","our" and "ours" when used in these Terms of Business mean Loud Voice, a service provided by Loud Voice Communications Limited, a company incorporated in England, registered company number 05180459 whose registered address is

, London W1U 6PZ, United Kingdom, which includes subsidiaries, divisions, branches, affiliates or companies under common ownership or control of Loud Voice Communications Ltd.

The terms “You”, “your” and “yours” are used in these Terms mean any user of Loud Voice seeking to receive.

The Service

Loud Voice provides a range of paid-for events.

Events can mean workshops, conferences, seminars, courses, talks, lectures, symposiums, trade fairs, trade shows and can be location based, virtual or correspondence.

In addition and complementary to these subscriptions, Loud Voice may also provide marketing support and sales support.

When you book for an event you agree to provide information that is accurate and true to the best of your knowledge.

Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full at the point of booking and funds must be cleared in order to constitute successful payment.

Refunds Policy

Loud Voice does not operate a refund policy unless expressed as part of a promotion or we cannot offer a satisfactory alternative in the rare event that you have not received what you have purchased.

If you are dissatisfied with the services paid for in anyway we will endeavour to do all we can to ensure your rights are not compromised in any way, including the provision of alternatives, free offers and any other methods that may be suitable.

Refunds, when granted, with be given at the following rates:

14 days or more – 100 per cent

7 days or less – 75 per cent

Less than 48 hours – 50 per cent

Cancellations

If for some reason you are unable to attend a booked event you have paid for we will do our best to reschedule your training for another available date. You must give us at least 48 hours notice before the date of the event to qualify.

If you are unable to provide us with notification within the required time period we will use our discretion to decide whether we are able to offer you an alternative date.

Full refunds can be given for events if cancellation is received at least 14 days before an event date.
