Your need may be a full publishing strategy to help you manage your on and offline products. As editorial director of The School Run's print magazine, not only did Denise Roberts design the editorial and concept strategy for the publication, she also commissioned and edited the content, managed relationships with printers and designers, and organised magazine distribution. This included project managing the redesign of two websites and a content strategy to engage readers in a new relationship online. We have also adapted print content for online and helped to create new print products. At every stage this has including ensuring a careful match between the publisher's aim to deliver relevant and quality content to readers and to ensure profitability.
